# BDO Unibank Posts FY2024 Net Income of PHP 82 Billion

BDO Unibank has reported full-year 2024 net income of PHP 82.0 billion, an increase of 12% year on year from PHP 73.4 billion in 2023\. The result was driven by solid performance across the bank's core businesses, with net interest income and non-interest income both growing 8% on the expansion in earning assets and growth in its service businesses.

Asset quality remained steady, with a non-performing loan ratio of 1.83%, below the industry ratio of 3.27%, and NPL coverage of 145%, while the bank's CET1 ratio stood at 14.1%. 

#### LOANS AND DIGITAL INVESTMENT

Gross customer loans rose 13% to PHP 3.2 trillion, with double-digit growth across all segments.

The bank said it continues to invest in digital capabilities to offer enhanced products, improve customer experience and generate operational productivity.
