Shiv Verma assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer at Robinhood Markets effective 6 February 2026. Verma succeeds Jason Warnick, who announced his intention to retire in November 2025 after serving as CFO for seven years. Warnick will remain with the company in an advisory capacity through 1 September 2026.
Verma is not a newcomer to Robinhood's financial operations. He has served as the company's Senior Vice President of Finance and Strategy and Treasurer since 2018.

He guided Robinhood through its initial public offering on the Nasdaq in July 2021.
