GoTo Financial, the financial services arm of Indonesian technology group GoTo and the operator of the GoPay digital wallet, delivered its second consecutive quarter of positive adjusted EBITDA in the first three months of 2025, posting a record adjusted EBITDA of Rp47 billion alongside net revenue of Rp1.2 trillion — a 90 per cent increase on the same period a year earlier.

LOAN BOOK AND USERS

The consumer loan book's outstanding principal reached Rp5.7 trillion by the end of the quarter, an increase of 108 per cent year-on-year, driven by the expansion of buy-now-pay-later and cash loan products embedded within the GoTo super-app ecosystem.

Monthly transacting users across GoTo's financial technology services rose 30 per cent year-on-year to 20.6 million.

GROUP RESULTS AND GUIDANCE

At the consolidated group level, GoTo reported adjusted EBITDA of Rp393 billion for the first quarter, compared with a loss in the same period of 2024.

GoTo's management reaffirmed full-year 2025 adjusted EBITDA guidance of between Rp1.4 trillion and Rp1.6 trillion.
