Navi Technologies, the Indian fintech founded by Flipkart co-founder Sachin Bansal, is in talks to raise between $200 million and $400 million from external investors at a target valuation of approximately $2 billion. The fundraise, reported by TechCrunch on 3 April 2024 citing people familiar with the matter, would be the first significant outside capital raise for a company that Bansal has until now financed primarily through his own resources.

Navi operates across personal loans, home loans, health insurance, and mutual fund products, delivering each through a fully digital experience.

VALUATION

A $2 billion valuation, if achieved, would place Navi among India's fintech unicorns.

The $200 million to $400 million range was cited by one source.
