Singapore-headquartered fintech Nium announced at the Singapore Fintech Festival on 6 November 2024 that it has joined Partior's blockchain-based global clearing and settlement network, becoming the first fintech payment service provider to participate in the platform. The partnership enables Nium to offer round-the-clock real-time payouts, clearing, and settlement across more than 100 markets worldwide.
Partior is a blockchain-based interbank clearing network founded by DBS, JPMorgan, Standard Chartered and Temasek.

Nium already holds regulatory licences in more than 40 countries and offers pay-outs in 100 currencies to more than 220 markets. The Partior connection adds real-time, blockchain-settled clearing to that network.
