Razorpay has been named among the world's top fintech innovators for 2025 by CNBC and Statista, with the Indian company listed in the ranking's Payments category as one of 13 Indian firms among the 300 companies selected.

Razorpay processes an annualised total payment volume exceeding $180 billion and counts 105 of India's 119 unicorn-valued startups among its business clients. Its end-user reach extends to over 300 million individuals who interact with payment experiences powered by the Razorpay platform.

CORPORATE RESTRUCTURING AND GROWTH AMBITIONS

The CNBC and Statista recognition comes in the same year that Razorpay completed a reverse flip back to Indian domicile, bringing the company's holding structure under Indian corporate law.

On the growth side, Razorpay has articulated a target of contributing $900 billion to India's projected $4 trillion digital payments market by 2030.
