P.D. Singh assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of Standard Chartered India on 1 April 2025, following the retirement of Zarin Daruwala on 31 March. Standard Chartered announced the appointment, which had received Reserve Bank of India approval, on 17 February 2025.
