Viva Republica, the South Korean fintech group behind the Toss super-app, announced its first full-year net profit in FY2024. Consolidated revenue rose 43% to KRW 1,956 billion — approximately $1.3 billion — while operating profit came in at KRW 91 billion and net profit at KRW 21 billion, the group's first full-year profit.
STANDALONE BUSINESS AND TOSS BANK BOTH PROFITABLE
Revenue grew 75% year on year to KRW 587 billion, with standalone net profit reaching KRW 48 billion.
Toss Bank — the group's fully licensed digital banking subsidiary — achieved its first annual profit of KRW 45.7 billion in FY2024, reversing a loss of KRW 17.5 billion recorded in 2023.
