Rawbank, the Democratic Republic of Congo's leading bank by assets, has appointed Hugues Bosala as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Business and Development, the institution announced in September 2025, following a career of more than 15 years in successive roles at the bank.
In the role, Bosala is responsible for the commercial and growth dimensions of Rawbank's operations.

Bosala has progressed through successive roles across more than 15 years with the institution.
Bosala joined Rawbank in 2008 as a retail credit analyst and rose through roles including branch manager in Bukavu, regional director for Kinshasa and country head of corporate and institutional banking before his appointment to the bank's general management.
