TD Bank announced on 16 October 2025 the appointment of two senior executives to lead its United States operations, naming Andre Ramos as US Chief Financial Officer and Brian Callanan as US General Counsel. Both appointments are effective 1 December 2025. Both executives will report to Leo Salom, President and CEO of TD Bank.

Andre Ramos arrives at TD Bank US from JPMorgan Chase, where he spent eleven years.
CALLANAN'S GOVERNMENT LEGAL BACKGROUND
Brian Callanan joins from Liberty Strategic Capital, where he was Senior Managing Director and General Counsel, and previously served as General Counsel at the United States Treasury Department.
