Adyen reported full-year 2024 net revenue of €2.0 billion, a 23 per cent increase on the prior year. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation rose 34 per cent to €992.3 million, producing an EBITDA margin of 50 per cent.
The group also disclosed that processed volume for the full year reached €1,285.9 billion, up 33%.
REGIONAL PERFORMANCE
EMEA, which remains Adyen's largest region by revenue, grew 26 per cent during 2024. North America net revenue grew 21 per cent in the second half of the year.
PLATFORMS SEGMENT RECORDS 51% VOLUME GROWTH
The Platforms segment, which serves marketplace and software-platform businesses that embed Adyen's payment capabilities directly into their own product offerings, recorded volume growth of 51 per cent for the full year.
Management has indicated that the Platforms channel represents a significant opportunity for the medium term.
