Dutch payments fintech Mollie reported revenue of EUR 214 million for the full year 2024, representing 28% growth on the prior year, chief executive Koen Köppen told Het Financieele Dagblad on 3 June 2025. Gross profit rose by 30% to EUR 115 million.
Mollie, which focuses primarily on serving small and medium-sized businesses, has positioned the FY2024 results as evidence that its expanding product suite, including Mollie Capital and Mollie Connect, is gaining traction, saying merchants adopting its new offerings grew 60% faster than others. Köppen said Mollie aims to be active across the whole of Europe within two years.
GROSS PROFIT AND BUSINESS MODEL
Gross profit grew faster than revenue, at 30% against 28%.
Mollie's business model centres on processing online and in-store payments for SMEs across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom, among other markets. The company aggregates access to major payment methods — including card networks, bank transfers, and buy-now-pay-later schemes — through a single integration, which it markets as lowering the complexity and cost burden for its merchant clients.
PROFITABILITY
Mollie reported positive EBITDA for the first time since 2018 but did not disclose its net result.
