Stripe disclosed on 27 February 2025 that its total payment volume reached $1.4 trillion in 2024, an increase of 38% compared with the prior year, with the volume equivalent to around 1.3% of global gross domestic product. The figures were published via Stripe's newsroom and an accompanying annual letter from co-founders Patrick and John Collison.
ENTERPRISE ADOPTION
Stripe's 2024 update revealed that the platform was in use by half of the Fortune 100, 80% of the Forbes Cloud 100, and 78% of the Forbes AI 50.
REVENUE AUTOMATION SUITE AND ATLAS
Stripe's Revenue and Finance Automation Suite passed a $500 million revenue run rate. The suite covers billing management, revenue recognition, financial reconciliation, and tax compliance.
Stripe also said one in six new Delaware corporations now incorporates with Stripe Atlas, its company-formation tool.
